Relaxing, peaceful stay. Bush across the road and only one neighbour. Modern comfortable facilities with a quiet bbq/patio area which is closed in to prevent runaway toddlers :-) :-) :-) Well equipped modern kitchen. Air-con to main living area and ceiling fans in all other rooms. Linen & towels provided. Nice comfy beds. Hand rails attached to the walls in the shower and toilet in the ensuite. 150mt distance to the new boat ramp and jetty. Sorry no pets, no smoking and no parties. Please be aware that it is not acceptable to clean fish within the house or on the property. There is a lovely fish bay cleaning area at the new boat ramp just 150 mt down the road. Please also be aware that it is not acceptable to dump fish offal in the house bins. There are skip bins at the boat ramp. Any breach of this will incur a further $100 cleaning fee. Great place
We loved our time at Alimac's in Leeman. The house was comfortable with everything you could need from the kitchen through to a huge selection of DVDs and games for those quiet moments. Very handy for us having the boat ramp just at the end of the street. Nice outdoor BBQ area with shade from grapevine that also gave protection from (without blocking) Leeman's raging seabreezes. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Cosey Beachside Property
We had a great time staying at Ali & Stephen's property. This house had everything we need. So close to the boat ramp and ample parking for our new boat and the cars. House was very clean and quiet from neighbours as the front and side of the property is vacant. I would definitely stay again at this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali Mac’s. It is a very well presented and well equipped modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living area and outside area which suited our needs perfectly as 2 families with kids. It was conveniently located in Leeman and met all of our requirements. I highly recommend it if holidaying in Leeman.
