The property is decent and has A LOT of potential. The room was clean but kitchen area was in need of a deep cleaning. The property could use a lot of upgrades and overall maintenance. Kitchen cabinets coming off hinges, net screen on door was falling off, debris around property ( due to landscaping upgrades but still thought it could be neater). Nothing major but overall appeal was lack luster. It was fine for a couple nights but not sure I’d go out of my way to stay there again. Price was high for the quality but then again prices on everything are crazy.

The grounds were being redone so there were materials scattered about. No big deal at all. The place is amazing. I spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch. It was very nice. I'll stay here again.

We have visited this property several times at least three and we were very comfortable there considering we like the separate bedrooms, even though there kitchen was adequate with a full refrigerator. The puppy was very comfortable as well..

Great Stay in Mt Dora Estate

Great stayed in Mt Dora Estate for two nights. There was an issue when arriving at 9:00 pm the property was dark and couldn’t find it to register. But located a number on the door and spoke with someone very friendly that help us with the registration and check in. After that it was smooth sailing, the room and bathroom were completely remodeled very cleaned, with a restaurant nearby within walking distance. Met the owner of the property the next day, very friendly who shows us the property, which part of it still in renovations. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were beautiful, the location ideal - just far enough from downtown Mt. Dora that my husband didn't make me walk the whole time. There were a couple of decent bars/restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were high-quality. We had control of the thermostat and enough covers on the beds to keep us comfortable. I would definitely stay at The Estate at Mt. Dora again.

The Estate was an easy and convenient option for a short stay in Mount Dora to visit family. The space was perfect for us with 2 beds and a kitchenette. It was quiet and pretty. Logistics of getting in were easy and the proprietors checked in with us to ensure everything was OK. Well-located! Recommend the nearby Highland Cafe for breakfast.

Staying at the Estate at Mount Dora was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped into our room, we loved how cozy everything felt. The room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, especially after a long day or touring, and every detail, from the plush linens to the charming decor, showed real care and thought.
