Welcome to my home, I hope you feel "home away from home". I am very grateful that you are interested in my place, I live in the house and I offer you a Cozy room, with its private bathroom, Queen bed, 40" TV with Fire TV, and mini refrigerator with freezer, bedding and towels. Continental breakfast included.
My home is located in the beautiful city of Leesburg and I live in a nice neighborhood. the perfect place where you can relax and enjoy. Great location, 2 miles from Lake Square Mall, with shopping, AMC and VIA Entertainment, you can rent boats or go fishing, you will be amazed at the variety of restaurants, Japanese, Old Florida style, Italian, Mexican restaurants, etc. 20 minutes from Mount Dora downtown with its restaurants and bakeries, 25 minutes from The Villages, with more restaurants, shops, bars and more entertainment, don't think twice and come spend this vacation with us. I have two nice little Yorkies.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Lake Sumter Sports Complex and Recreation Area. A spa tub is available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and a Smart TV.

A glorious stay

Arian and his wife are perfect hosts. The place was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for 1 or 2 people, with a private bedroom and bathroom. Exquisitely decorated with attention to every detail. Arian is a fabulous chef and gets your day started right with a wonderful breakfast. If I am in that area again, I know where I will be staying.

Owners very nice, house and my personal area very clean and private. Breakfast included was very good with good variety. Very close to downtown Leesburg and Mount Dora. Will definitely stay again if in the area I GIVE IT A 10!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Arian is a great host and cooked me the best breakfast I have ever had while traveling. I highly recommend staying here. Arian even cooked breakfast early for me to accommodate my early schedule.

Best room I’ve ever stayed in.

The room is exactly like the pictures, except better. Mini fridge, coffee maker and anything you could want to go with it. Arian personally made my breakfast each morning. Not continental breakfast, the best “grand slam” breakfast you could imagine. I only regret I could not hold any more deliciousness. Within moments of arrival I felt completely safe and at home. They have really tried to think of everything you might need for your stay. There were even ice cubes in a container in the mini freezer ready for use. These people opened their home to me in such a generous way. I am still just so touched by it. Their little dogs are so friendly and sweet, I fell in love with them at once. The entire home is so tastefully beautiful with a peaceful, nautical theme throughout. The home is very near the historic towns of Mt. Dora and Tavares with many interesting activities available. Arian was so kind and thoughtful, as well as an incredibly talented artist. We had some very meaningful conversations. I have rarely been more reluctant to leave a rented room. I came away feeling as though I had made a very dear friend. You just can’t get that kind of experience at the Holiday Inn. I thank the hosts for their attention to detail and their efforts to make my stay the peaceful getaway I was needing. I look forward to any excuse I can come up with to return again to spend time here.

Best stay EVER! Lick the floor clean and beautiful! Terrific hosts. Excellent breakfast. If you were hesitant to stay in someone else’s home with them…don’t be!
