The inside of the cottage is very nice and comfortable. Appliances work, good A/C and lots of hot water. The yard needs maintenance (overgrown bushes) Unfortunately the dock is damaged ( but the owner tells you this) bummer. The dock would have been nice to sit on and maybe fish off of. The adjoining patio room with games needed cleaning. The back deck is nice and we enjoyed our weekend.

We had such a fun weekend staying here! Plenty of space and a great layout in the home, but we spent most of the trip enjoying the gorgeous views from the deck. My dog had the time of her life swimming and playing by the lake and we all slept soundly on very comfortable beds. I would stay again!

Our stay was great! Danny communicated really well and the house was exactly as described. We enjoyed all of the windows in the dining area, spending time on the large outdoor deck, and having s’mores over the outdoor fire pit. The house was pet-friendly and kid-friendly and just what we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend on the lake.

We had a short two night stay, but the home had everything we needed. The owner communicated damages to the dock weeks prior to my arrival and had done some work to add a seating area by the lake so we could still enjoy the views. The property has a wonderful breeze perfect for front porch or out back coffee sipping. Everything was perfect and beautifully decorated.

The host was very responsive to our communication requests. They were very helpful when we needed to cancel a day of our stay, and when we asked to check in a few hours earlier than expected. The property, however, was not what was advertised in the pictures. There were some very unsafe spots in the flooring, along with the second bedroom and bathroom not being well-maintained.

Our host was very welcoming, friendly and attentive to our communications. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The view from the kitchen table of the water is beautiful. We enjoyed playing the board and card games available, and spending time outside on the deck and on the dock. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable week and look forward to coming back.

Danny was a great host. Due to unforeseen circumstances the housekeeper was delayed so Danny came in and cleaned it himself. We came back after dinner and the place was welcoming. He also provided information about the locale with things to do and places to eat. The cottage is charming with lots of towels, paper products, and other supplies so we never needed to ask for or provide anything. We are very picky about beds and these were very comfortable. The lake view is wonderful and the dock is easy to access and relaxing to sit on. The kitchen is very well stocked as well.

Beautiful cozy home! It is a bit older so the floor creeks but the renovations are very nice. There’s plenty of spaces to enjoy the views of the lake, like the large kitchen table or fire pit outside. We enjoyed all of the beautiful skylines. The shower was a little rusty and cleaning tools could have been replaced but otherwise it was a great place and we will be back.

first off Daniel was a very responsive host, we did have a few issues with our stay, the floors were very uneven , the listing states recently renovated, but the unit still shows its age. We did not know that your view of the lake had a bridge with consent traffic, but it was far enough away. The price of the unit was fair for what you get. We are not young, the walk to the dock is pretty hard, lol. This unit is great for younger families, not seniors.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was fully equipped kitchen, nice and clean. We had fun at the fireplace, enjoyed cooking on the black stone grill. Comfortable bed and sheets. My 84 year old grandfather was enjoying the fireplace and fishing of the dock.The owner was communicating and responding to our needs. Highly recommend for some simple lake side days. I even left you the possible 8 lb cat fish that snapped my fishing line.

We enjoyed our stay so much we extended twice! Cute little property with lots of room, for us and for our pup to explore. Other than to hit the grocery store, and to buy the pup a life vest we never left the property. Between, the lake, the kayaks, and the game room we stayed busy. The owner was very attentive as well, answering questions quickly. We're already planning to return for our family trip next year.
