The villa is just a short drive along the scenic coastal lane from the picturesque harbour of Sivota Bay (2.3km). Both bedrooms, with direct access to a balcony, are located on the upper level, to maximise the wonderful views and what makes waking up here something special. Exterior steps lead down from the accommodation to the pool terrace, an area ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a peaceful swim in a private setting.

Sivota Bay, located on the southeastern coast of Lefkada, is known for its calm, turquoise waters and friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The harbour is lined with welcoming tavernas serving brunch, fresh seafood, traditional Greek dishes, and local wines, all with beautiful views across the water. Close to Sivota itself there itself are hidden coves and small pebble beaches, larger beaches like Mikros Gialos (8.5 km) and Vasiliki (11.5 km) are nearby, offering excellent options for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

There are 19 steps up to the accommodation level. Please note the coastal roads around Sivota can be hilly and narrow and the access to the property is steep. The access lane is unmade and so low wheel based vehicles are not recommended.
