The British owners fell in love with Lefkas and decided to build their dream home here and, with a flair for style and design, they have built the villa to the highest standards, while keeping comfort and modern design in mind.

The Beach Villa has been carefully designed as a comfortable holiday home, leaving guests feeling refreshed by its bright and airy design. The villa has the most wonderful garden and sea views through large sliding glass doors and windows running the length of the property. With plenty of space for all guests around the large outdoor dining table, it is ideal for catering at home, and if you prefer to eat out, there are some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. There are sunbeds on the terrace and, for pure indulgence and relaxation, brand new comfy sofas and armchairs adorn the lawn of this exclusive property.

On the ground floor, the open plan modern kitchen – lounge opens out onto the terrace through large glass sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs and the lounge, with large L shaped settee and flat screen smart TV, is the perfect place to enjoy a film or to relax out of the sun whilst still enjoying the superb sea views. The Master Bedroom, with en suite bathroom, on the ground floor, has large sliding windows overlooking the pool, garden and beach, offering magnificent views to wake up to. The guest WC with washing machine is just off the lounge.

A marble staircase leads to three further bedrooms on the upper floor; a Double with en suite bathroom and two Twin bedrooms also with en suite bathrooms. The Double has large glass sliding doors accessing a private balcony overlooking the beach and Ionian Sea. The two Twin bedrooms share a large balcony that also overlooks the beach and out to sea. Both balconies have outdoor furniture for your comfort.

The infinity swimming pool, 10m length X 5m width and 1m to 1,75m depth, has built steps leading into it. The swimming pool is set directly in front of the villa on the level of the terrace and is accessed through the large sliding doors off the lounge and kitchen. The infinity effect is just gorgeous and when you swim you can enjoy the sea view with the horizon meeting the level of the pool water – bliss. A few steps off the terrace, lead to the garden with comfy sofas on the lawn and a small gate takes you directly on to the sandy beach in front of the villa. Just to the right there is a pontoon where you can moor a motorboat if you wish.
