Faos Villas one

We combined two asymmetric cubes made from all the basic materials (stone, wood, glass, steel and concrete) to create a villa of approx.100 sqm that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The interior areas are thoughtfully organized on one level for easy access and furnished in a contemporary way. Behind the wooden pivot entrance door, a large reception space is hidden with a unified area which is comprised by a functional kitchen, a minimal dining table and a living room with a modern fireplace for family moments.

We love light since Faos means light… so we created huge openings for the daylight and we “armed” all the spaces with playful recessed lights and floor lamps for the night, highlighting the asymmetries and the wooden high ceilings. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size multiple layer sleep system (180*210cm) from Coco-Mat and decorated with modern designing details blended with neutral colors. The en-suite bathroom is a visible extension of the room separated with glass and wooden walls. The second bedroom mixes industrial design with an open closet and modern lighting with soft and quiet fabrics from the welcoming queen size multiple layer sleep system (160*200cm) by Coco-Mat. Next to the bedroom there is a second full bathroom.

For relaxation we offer an impressive infinity pool of approx. 45 sqm with a charming and peaceful sea view overlooking Rouda golf surrounded by high-end lounge sun-beds carefully selected and combined to maximize pleasure. Close to the swimming pool and next to our olive trees, a sizeable dining table accompanied with a built-in sofa full of fluffy pillows and armchairs will serve as meeting point during the breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and a hot tub. This villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and concierge services.
