Our brand new Villa Nikoleta in Lefkada is spread over two levels. When you enter the villa you walk into the open plan lounge, dining, and fully equipped kitchen. The living area blends in harmonically with the outdoor area filling the space with natural light and shades of a lush green landscape and crystal blue waters of the Ionian Sea. The entire space has access to the outdoor verandahs leading to the private pool area. On the same floor is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom also giving you access to the outdoor area. Up the internal staircase, on the first floor, there are another two bedrooms. These are separated as a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The luxury is given to both with en-suite bathrooms. Respectively, both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony seating area with the breathtaking views across Lefkada Town and the Ionian Archipelagos. The villa offers a small laundry room on the ground floor and two secure indoor parking spaces in the basement.
