Lefkada Summer House in Nikiana , the picturesque seaside village of Lefkada island only 6klm away from Lefkada town and Nydri, is cosy and elegant with 3 bedrooms & a beautiful garden, just 100m from the beach. The Ionian light gets in from all the windows, the neighborhood is green and quiet and the house is so close to an almost private clean beach! You'll love the unique landscape and the garden where you will relax and enjoy a perfect vacation in Lefkada!
Nikiana will be your village and the house will be your home for some days, so enjoy it. It is cosy and elegant and offers all the relaxing moments one dreams of when on holidays. Light some candles in the sweet Ionian evenings and enjoy your drinks in the veranda or the garden. Go jogging on the green hills or along the beach early in the morning and chat with the birds. Cook for your friends or BBQ in the garden, with local fresh products, dairy and vegetables. Live like a local! It is the only way to have an unforgettable time in a different reality...

The house is fully equipped and offers all facilities and amenities including a new BBQ. If you don't feel like cooking though, the most famous fish tavern on the beach (Pantazis) belongs to the family - and we know every corner of this amazing island. You can ask from recipies to ideas for tours and activities. We are a few metres away, for anything you may need.
