· Ground floor: there is an ample open space with a totally equipped modern kitchen, which opens up to a dining area and a living area; from the living area, there is direct access to the private terrace and swimming pool; there is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

· 1st floor: there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; the bedrooms have access to a large balcony, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.

Features of this villa include electric shutters, secure doors, A/C in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The bedrooms feature a 32" LCD TV, en suite bathrooms with shower and hairdryers. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Special attention has been given to the quality of sleep. Linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.
