Nikiana offers a laid-back atmosphere with tavernas within walking distance and beachfront dining just a short drive away. Lefkada Town and Nidri are also easily reached for an enjoyable change of pace. For larger groups, Villa Melia can be booked together with neighbouring Villa Selina and Villa Simi, each offering its own private infinity pool and a good level of privacy despite their hillside setting.



This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor with satellite TV, a DVD player, and sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. The kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Krupps coffee machine. A double bedroom that can be configured as a twin has an en-suite shower room and direct pool access, and there is also a WC on this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom (180cm x 210cm) has an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, and a balcony, while a second double bedroom, also convertible to a twin, has an en-suite shower room and balcony access. A separate shower room completes the first floor.
