parking is available in front of the villa, with a capacity for 2 cars or one vehicle with a
boat cart.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with LCD television + satellite channels and
a double bedroom with a balcony, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove oven, a dishwasher, the coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and cutlery.A large terrace with an
astonishing view of the Ionian Sea will make your breakfast, lunch and dinner a great
experience.The property is cleaned weekly, linen and towel change every 7 days.

The ground level gives you direct access to the pool and the lawn. On this floor there are 2
bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
