DESCRIPTION
The house on two levels, in the ground floor and garden floor, is located on a landscaped property of 1000 m², south facing, which makes it a nice holiday house, comfortable in every season.
The name of the house is a reference to the magnificent swimming pool (15 x 2.8 grey concrete) that stretches out in the garden. Thanks to its mobile floor, it can be a sport pool or a water mirror for complete aesthetics and the kids’ safety.
The floor garden shares the essence of the peninsula: pine trees, strawberry trees, mimosas, laurels, roses and other plants. The garden is also embellished with several terraces in wood, one of which has 3 couches with a coffee table. Many living and relaxation spaces to enjoy.

THE HOUSE
Nage is a new architectural house with modern designs, a mixture of concrete, wood and glass, to give a functional and bright open space.
In the ground floor, the entrance opens to 4 bedrooms and the laundry room, and it has access to the garden floor with the living space and the 5th bedroom, opening to the pool and a large roofed terrace.
The living space is a nice room of 65 m² with a lounge, a dining area and an equipped open space kitchen.
The lounge opens to the roofed terrace, which has a dining area and a barbecue, large table and armchairs with a wall seat that is the ideal space for a nap, in the summer.
The kitchen is very functional, devised as a place to share; it opens up to the rest of the house. Equipped with an induction cooker and a plancha, a traditional oven and a microwave, and every small cooking appliance used by those who love to cook.
The dining area has a large modern table in oak and Jasper Morrisson chairs. Ten people can eat here comfortably.
The rest of the large room has a lounge are with two sofas and a coffee table in front of the chimney, and a TV space (TV, DVD, iPod dock) with a large wall seat, an inviting place for movie lovers or readers.
The rest of the house has 5 bedrooms (3 w/separate toilets).
2 parental bedrooms: the first in the garden floor, the 'powder room' opens up to the pool, the second, and the 'red' bedroom in the ground floor opens to the balcony that overlooks the pool and a terrace with a pergola embellished with a duo of red Luxembourg de Fermob chairs.
The three other rooms, the 'yellow', the 'violet' and the 'blue' can be adjusted as a double or twin bedroom, and they open to the balcony.
Very bright with bay windows and French windows, the 5 bedrooms have closets with chest of drawers.
They are all equipped with new Simmons beddings and each of them has a bathroom.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. This villa also features concierge services and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
