On the edge of the forest, in the peaceful haven of Les Vallons du Ferret au Canon, this 110 m² villa is ideally located. You'll have easy access to cycle paths, whether you're heading to the ocean, the Piraillan market, Cap-Ferret, or the beaches of Arcachon Bay. Just a 5-minute bike ride from shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.) and Grand-Piquey (cheese shops, butchers, bakeries, delicatessen, etc.), you can forget about your car.
On the garden level, the villa features a large living room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings around a barbecue.
Two bedrooms with double beds complete this ground floor, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
