Relaxing stay in a very nice place! The separate two room Appartment with separate bathroom is a Special Feature, especially with two grown Up Student "Kids".

Superschönes Haus, perfekt für uns!!!!

Wir waren drei Wochen in Cap Ferret und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genießen können. Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt für uns und unsere Goldimädels. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten sehr oft zum nahegelegenen Atlantikstrand gehen. Einzig schade war, dass in Cap Ferret und der Umgebung ab September viel schließt wie z.B. Märkte etc. Ganz easy kommt man vom Hafen mit einem Boot innerhalb einer halben Stunde nach Arcachon. Einem Besuch in Bordeaux sollte man auch unbedingt einplanen😅. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, dem Haus hat nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit Hélene absolut super. Die Terrasse ist wie auf den Bildern ein Traum, großer Garten zum toben und Platz für die Autos auf dem Grundstück. Pfote hoch auch von unseren Goldis😍 Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Super séjour dans cette maison très agréable

Cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour au Cap Ferret en famille et/ou entre amis. Située à l'extrémité de la presqu'ile, à 10mn en vélo du centre et des plages surveillées, elle est au calme et dans un environnement agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo au Cap Ferret, et chaque trajet fait finalement partie des vacances. Elle est aussi à 2 pas des plages du bassin et de celles plus sauvages du côté océan (idylliques, mais non surveillées donc prudence). La maison est confortable, propre et fonctionnelle, avec une très grande terrasse idéale pour les dîners entre amis autour du barbecue. Le studio attenant à la maison était parfait pour notre ado de 16 ans et ses 4 copains. Hélène et Fabrice sont charmants et l'accueil ainsi que le départ se sont très bien passés. Nous recommandons pleinement et avons hâte d'y retourner !

Le confort est au rendez-vous. Très bien située entre océan et bassin. Terrasse très agréable. Bien équipée. Le seul petit moins est le souci des portes qui ferment mal. Le propriétaire a pas eu le temps de faire le nécessaire. Je recommande cette maison

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison familiale, idéale pour nos ados avec une partie indépendante qui jouxte la maison. Son jardin est très agréable et clos (nous avons un petit chien). La décoration est simple, mais suffisante pour les vacances. La situation est parfaite avec l’acces à pied à l’ocean comme au bassin, les commerces sont à portée de vélo. Nous n’avons jamais sorti la voiture du jardin. Hélene et son mari sont charmants, accessibles et disponibles.
