This 60 m² villa includes a living room with a television, opening onto the first east-facing terrace, a kitchen leading to the second west-facing terrace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a garage, used as a laundry room, equipped with an oven, a second refrigerator, and a washing machine. The garage provides access to both terraces (west and east).

The 550 m² garden, featuring several terraces, will offer you pleasant and convivial moments under the sun, with family or friends, thanks to the gas grill.
