Every staff member go above and beyond to make sure that all guest are comfortable and satisfied. Beds are comfortable, room was clean and temperature was very comfortable.

My family and i enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Marriott, Legian. Loved the customer care, staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, aircon worke perfectly well. Loved loved loved the breakfast buffet options, and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful and kind, cant remember them by name but Krisna stood out. Great customer care. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Fairfield.

The property was ok but I got transferred to a pool side room after 3 days out of my 14 day stay. It was noisy at 5:30 every morning and unfortunately the toilet was smelling of sewerage. The best thing this property has going for it is its staff although them being so young. They are very helpful and respectful.

Bed was very hard, staff were courteous. Shower was great, pool was good. Not a lot of shopping close by, need to walk 15 minutes for decent shopping or gojek but usually quite a wait for gojek since it is an out of the way place.

Great Hotel. Staff and rooms are fantastic! It’s a little walk to Garlick lane 15min but nice a quite when you are at the hotel.. If you are looking for a nice and quiet area that not to far away from Legian take a look at this hotel.
