All in all we had a pleasant stay. Great to have a bunkbed for the kids so we could all be in the same room. Staff were incredibly kind and the buffet breakfast has an array of options to suit just about anyone. Rooms are quite stuffy, you can tell they don't ever get aired out. Smell is quite musty and took a couple of days to get used to. Aside from that, it's good for a budget hotel.

Family holiday

I booked the Privilege room with a large balcony, but on arrival, was only given a room with a small balcony. After discussing with staff , I was told that they only have 3 of those rooms and none were available. After more discussion I was shown a room with a large balcony but no furniture on it . As a small balcony was not acceptable to my family group , I took the sub standard room. Not happy about this …. Other than this , the hotel is fine . Good staff and good family pool. Conveniently located to beach and garlic lane . Lots of road noise over the new year period .

Overall outdated, was not advised could only use bottom pool because of kids this needs to be advertised when booking. Mould in rooms and around property, they attempt To mask with air fresheners. Overall wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast average, could never get a high chair.

I don't know what the 4star rating standards are in indonesia but….. this ain’t it. The room had a strong smell when I walked in. It was a road facing room so sleep was not an option due to the Indonesian traffic and their addiction to using the horn. Each corner of the room and its facilities looked like it needed a good scrub. There was gum leftovers on the bathroom floor. The shower looked all yellow and swelled up, again in great need of care. The curtains had loads of holes and staines. Same for the sheets, mini stains everywhere. All of the hotel’s shared furniture like cushions and lounge chairs was stained and had a general dirty looking feel. The breakfast is mostly deep fried things or gluten based baked goods. Some of the fruits come from a can. Randomly, there was no bananas the whole week, on an island full of bananas. Same for fresh tomatoes. The staff in the kitchen works in unbelievable conditions with the main chef keep getting his hand burned on this old, horrible pan despite him trying to take all possible precautions, wearing gloves and having to use a paper towel between his hand and the pan handle. The pool at the top is nothing like the pictures. Its a shame really, it seems it was a great hotel back in the day but it desperately needs a good scrub and maintenance.
