Awesome villa.

My wife and I stayed 14 nights at this villa. It was beautiful, clean and private. It was in a very quiet location. But all within close proximity to great shopping and food. Only a short taxi ride. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was to much to ask of them. They were there to make our stay as enjoyable aa they possibly could. We will definitely be back again .

Nice villa... but too far from beaches, shopping

Nice clean pool villa but too far away from restaurants and beaches and shopping. It was a long walk to the closest beach..double six beach... and there were few taxis in the area. The villa was spotless and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and obliging, but due to noisy people staying up all night with raucous voices in an adjoining villa we didn't get much sleep and therefore would not recommend staying there to our friends. It is a shame because the villas and staff were themselves wonderful.

Loved the Nikaya Villa. The location is good, and the villa itself is all you really need. Very clean as well. In a nice area and is quiet. It may be hard for taxi drivers to know the location but if you have google maps/know the streets it is fine. Would stay again.
