Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel does not locate on the location shown on the map. On the map and Expedia description, it’s just a few minutes walking distance from the main bazaar. Turned out it is more than 10km away and takes more than 2 hours to walk to the bazaar. It’s a total scammer. I reserved three nights, but only stayed one night due to the reason above. Expedia refused to give me full refund. The first customer service I contacted even claimed that according to the map, it is 9 minutes walking distance, therefore they refused my refund request. But I was staying in that hotel at the moment, and I have pictures and Google Map screenshot as evidence. The worst hotel booking experience I had with Expedia.
