We had an absolutely wonderful stay here while gathering with our adult children. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. The beds were nice and comfortable and we slept very well. The neighborhood is super quiet. The A/C and furnace work great. The house is located a short drive from lots of restaurants and stores in Lehi and American Fork. The owner was fantastic at communication and answered questions quickly and made sure our stay was excellent. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely rent this property again when we visit Utah County.

The property inside was clean. Outside there were many weeds and the backyard was not in good condition. We had trouble locking the front door and the host never responded.
