The historic house, whose origins date back to 1276, is idyllically situated directly on the banks of the Danube. Freshly renovated, this 75m² flat offers not only a unique location but also state-of-the-art comfort in a historic setting. The living room, equipped with a decorative fireplace that provides cosy warmth, offers a comfortable pull-out couch, ideal for children or additional guests. A box-spring bed in the bedroom promises a restful night's sleep, while the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo and hairdryer as well as a separate WC and two anterooms round off the offer.
