This beautiful 2 BED Appt is a perfect option if you wants to be in the heart of the city centre.This Flat has 2 bedroom ,both has a very comfy memory foam mattress, wifi, work desk&tea-coffee. very cosy and has original sash windows.main feature,its LOCATION. if you like to be in CENTRE From where you can get to train station,curve theatre, Highcross,, DMU ,Leicester UNI,take away's,restaurant easily then this is the best place for you to be.

we have RENOVATED the Entire Appt. everything you see in the flat is brand new. decorated tastefully by a designer (my partner) :) This Flat is very cosy and make you feel very homely. you will love the brand new memory foam mattress and nice decor throughout. this room has a beautiful Sash windows and plenty of light. great main street view from your windows which looks spectacular. good wifi ,desk and a chair to do your work in both rooms.
ALL FLAT WILL BE JUST FOR YOURSELVES. NO SHARED SPACES WITH ANYONE.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric Hob, oven and microwave, to prepare all your meals (plz no fish tho :( )
And of course the Kettle with tea and coffee available for you to use for free.
Tv with NETFLIX (u need to have your account) and Wifi so you can use it for work or just browse on youtube.

means you can get anywhere in town on foot so don't have to waste money and time for bus or taxi ride especially with our very fair pricing.
