Amazing staff member running the hotel when we arrived. He was a total gentleman, helped us with our luggage, very friendly and we felt very welcome. Convenient EV charging, really good room rate, good for family -- nice and quiet etc.

The receptionist lady was very help and very friendly the whole reception, halls and rooms where very clean and spacious I think we stayed in 114 and I’ve already booked a 2 night stay 18-20 march although I only stayed last week I’m back in Leicster next week so I’m booked and staying here again

The room was nicely decorated (recently) & the bed & pillows very comfy. Only thing that let it down was the edging on the desk which had large amounts of laminate wood peeling off. The bathroom was nice & clean with a large shower cubicle but only a “rainfall” type shower head which couldn’t be adjusted (fine if you want to wash your hair too). Staff were friendly, optional continental breakfast had plenty of items to fill up on & coffee machine with a good choice of drinks.
