Located half an hour west of Asheville, NC, this modern home is made for creating memorable mountain memories. The living room's full-surround picture windows showcase the beauty of gentle slopes cascading down into a wide valley, highlighting the home's intentional location, angled just right to emphasize the panoramic views. Step out onto the long covered deck and take in the entirety of the valley below. In all seasons, the deck is a great place for conversation and coffee. The sunny, open floor plan on the main level encourages a relaxed vibe, and allows plenty of visibility for the 55" TV. The dining area adjacent to the Chef’s Kitchen draws people together to spend mealtimes enjoying each other's company. The cullinarian of your group will enjoy preparing meals here with the river blue granite counters, travertine tile floors, black stainless steel appliances, and solid maple cabinetry. 
An oasis for rest and relaxation awaits you on the lower level where two well-thought-out primary bedroom suites, each with an ensuite bath and walk out doors to the hot tub area. Keep children entertained with games in the fully-fenced lawn area while the adults soak in the hot tub, taking in gorgeous views of mountain peaks and green valleys. Bonus: the hot tub is Bluetooth enabled so you can play your preferred music or audiobooks. • The private driveway to the home is steep, so it is important to maintain momentum when driving uphill. We also recommend a high-clearance vehicle, as it provides better handling on the incline. Behind the home, there is an additional private driveway with a steep exit and loose gravel. If using this route, please exercise caution and drive very slowly.
• Noise Ordinance
Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
