Mehrere Probleme mit aufwändiger Lösungssuche

Bei der Ankunft war man leider nicht auf unseren Besuch vorbereitet und nur durch Müh und Not konnte ich spät abends per WhatsApp die Inhaber kontaktieren und Zutritt erlangen. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet und es fehlte an Ersatz-WC-Papier, an einem zweiten Handtuch und an einer Person vor Ort während des ganzen Aufenthaltes. Am zweiten Morgen gab es leider nur eiskaltes Wasser, weshalb mein Kind nicht duschen konnte, obwohl es dringend nötig gewesen wäre. Durch diese Vorkommnisse war der Aufenthalt schlechter als erwartet.
