This new and modern furnished apartment is located in the south of Leipzig in a very quiet area, directly at the Goethepark.

It has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for 3 people, a living room (optionally as a bedroom with a living area to pull out for 2 people). Furthermore, there is a bedroom for 4 people with beautiful bunk beds in it. Children especially love this. A spacious bathroom with additional rain shower is also part of this beautiful apartment.

Schöne Altbau Wohnung

Für uns hat die Wohnung gut gepasst. Waren hauptsächlich nur zum Übernachten dort, da wir tagsüber viel unterwegs waren.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 8 Personen in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es einen Stuhl zu wenig, ansonsten war alles so wie in der Beschreibung steht.

Rundum-Sorglos-Paket

Die charmante Altbauwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen könnte. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und die Dusche hat es uns besonders angetan. Trotz der Steinwurfnähe zum Heidnischen Dorf ist es herrlich ruhig dort. Die Tram ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, so kommt man gut in die Stadt. Peter und July waren tolle Gastgeber, die schnell antworten und mit Rst und Tat zur Seite stehen. Gerne wieder!!

Klein aber fein in toller Umgebung

Wir waren 5 Frauen und über ein langes Wochenende in der Wohnung. Alles war ordentlich und sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung soll für bis zu 9 Personen geeignet sein, diese sollten sich sehr mögen und möglichst aktiv sein und die tolle Umgebung für Ausflüge nutzen, so wie wir es getan haben. Mit kleinen Kindern bei schlechtem Wetter fände ich die Wohnung und die Bewegungs- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit zu gering.

Gemütlich

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Perfekt, wenn man mit mehreren Leuten zusammen vereisen möchte. Für ein Wochenende ideal. Der Check-In war sehr angenehm, da man diesen selbstständig durchführen konnte. Wir kamen gut zurecht. Bei der Kommunikation kann man sich nicht beklagen, da die Gastgeber bei Fragen sehr schnell antworten. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle muss man zwar ein wenig zu Fuß gehen, allerdings ist dies etwas, dass uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Auch die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Alles in einem waren wir zufrieden und würden für unsere nächste Reise nach Leipzig wieder die Unterkunft buchen, wenn wir planen, in einer größeren Gruppe zu vereisen.
