Two separate bedrooms with wardrobes and 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm (partly as a double bed) and a living area with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm offer comfortable space for 6 persons.
The living room is equipped with a dining table for 6 persons for a comfortable stay. Here you will also find the stereo system with I-Pod connection and the flat screen TV.

The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hob, grill oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher, water cooker, coffee machine and toaster and separate from the living room.

The spacious full bath and good ventilation offers a bathtub with glass shower enclosure, generous storage areas, WC and wash basin.

The apartment is located in a very beautiful, monumentally renovated Gründerzeithaus. Public parking is available 24 hours a day, free of charge.

Schöne Wohnung, alles schnell erreichbar

Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Straßenbahn um die Ecke, super Lage und die Wohnung hat alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben. Simple Schlüsselübergabe per Box, alles ganz easy. Bei Übergabe war noch ungespültes Geschirr in der Maschine, das haben wir dann aber einfach mit erledigt ;-) und tut keinen Abbruch an einem echt guten Gesamteindruck. Dankeschön!

Wir hatten Theater III reserviert, für Theater I haben wir die Schlüssel erhalten. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Umgebung ist gut. Mehrere Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Ebenso eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn. Leider war das Apartment nicht ganz so sauber. Für drei Personen gab es eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Küchenpapier war gar nicht vorhanden. Die Duschwand auf der Badewanne war undicht. Für zwei Nächte war es okay.

5 Tage Aufenthalt in Leipzig-Altlindenau

positiv: sauber, gute Lage mit Tram-Anbindung, Palmgarten in Laufnähe, gut eingerichtet, zeitliche Verfügbarkeit wurde eingehalten, problemlose/schnelle Schlüsselübergabe per Box. negativ: leider keine Verdunklungsgardinen vorhanden, daher im Sommer bei Sonnenaufgang taghell in der Wohnung.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung

Es war ein gemütliches Appartement in günstiger Lage mit Tram vor der Tür. Es fehlte eine Bratpfanne und Toilettenpapier. Das Papier haben wir erst am letzten Tag bemerkt. Sonst hätten wir es selbst gekauft.

Rummelig, renlig og ordentlig med fin beliggenhed. Der er ikke rigtig gjort noget for at gøre lejligheden hyggelig, så den virker lidt klinisk. Beliggenheden er fin med kort afstand til sporvogn til centrum og til restauranter og supermarked.
