With breathtaking sea views throughout, this stylish two-bedroom escape is perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking to unwind and enjoy the best of the Suffolk coast.
Inside, the home is filled with natural light and offers uninterrupted sea views from multiple rooms, creating a strong sense of connection to the coastal surroundings. The two spacious bedrooms both enjoy stunning sea views through full-height bi-fold windows, allowing you to open the room to the salty breeze and gentle sound of the waves. The master bedroom features a 6' super-king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath. While bedroom two has twin 3' single zip and link beds (this can be configured into 6' super-king size bed) with a modern family shower room is just across the hall. There is also a downstairs shower room, perfect for rinsing off after a beach walk.
The open-plan is the heart of the home, with a fully equipped kitchen, generous dining space, and a relaxed sitting area that all flow together beautifully. A wall of sliding glass doors opens directly onto a private, enclosed garden, ideal for your morning coffee made with the L'or Barista coffee machine or evening drinks with the sea as your backdrop.
A separate snug with a 42" smart television offers a cosy retreat for movie nights or quiet moments, while the upstairs sitting room leads out to a sea-facing balcony, offering yet another perspective of the ever-changing coastline.
Outside, both front and rear gardens are enclosed and include outdoor seating, dining areas, and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. There is off-street parking for up to six cars and a kennel available for dogs.
