Casa Rural Juanikoenea – Traditional House with Garden and Jacuzzi in Leitza

Casa Rural Juanikoenea is a typical, newly built house equipped with all modern comforts, spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), and a bathroom (washbasin, toilet, hairdryer). The living area features a flat-screen TV, dining table, sofa area, and music system. Heating and air conditioning are available throughout.



Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and a master bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom (double bed, shower-bath, whirlpool tub, washbasin, toilet, bidet). An additional bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer is also on this floor. All bedrooms have heating and air conditioning.



Outside, enjoy a private 45 m² garden with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. There is a patio, accessible garage, washing machine, dryer, ping-pong table, and table football.

This property is available exclusively for tourist stays. Leitza, with 3,000 residents, is perfect for hiking (including the Plazaola Greenway), visiting Mendukilo Cave, and exploring the Aralar mountains, famous for their dolmens and sanctuary.
