Calicozy is a designer mountain home located in The Meadows neighborhood of the prestigious Blue Ridge Mountain Club. Guests enjoy access to the club's exclusive amenities:

- The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an upscale, gated community set on thousands of pristine acres, featuring over 40 miles of trails for hiking, walking, biking, and UTV riding. The+ area includes a safe, enjoyable swimming hole, as well as more than 64 miles of private fishing streams and creeks.
- **New Outdoor Pool in The Meadows Neighborhood**
- The Chetola Sporting Preserve offers a variety of shooting experiences, including trap and sporting clay shooting, as well as pistol, archery, and rifle ranges. Guests can participate in a guided trap-shooting adventure on a 13-station course or book a guided fly-fishing trip on the private waters.
- The Ascent Wellness & Fitness Center, located near the condos, features state-of-the-art equipment, yoga facilities, exercise studios, and facilitated fitness classes. This center is available to our guests during staffed hours for a daily fee of $10.
- Adjacent to the Fitness Center is the Lookout Grill, a casual restaurant with an indoor-outdoor bar that boasts breathtaking mountain views, just a short walk from the property. The restaurant and bar operate seasonally, and hours may vary, so please check for the latest updates.
- The Watson Gap Village Jasper House serves as a stunning gathering place, complete with a large fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The wall facing the view can be opened to create a unique indoor/outdoor venue.
- The Fire Garden in Watson Gap Village features multiple fire pits, both propane and wood-burning, for guests to enjoy. The common area and courtyard provide outdoor benches and chairs for relaxation, along with a large, level, manicured lawn for outdoor activities.
- Watson Gap Village offers ample space, both inside and out, for time with family and friends, and for meeting new people. The nearby Watson Gap Pavilion serves as another gathering spot, featuring an outdoor fireplace, grilling and barbecuing stations, and facilities designed for guest comfort. This pavilion is ideal for both spontaneous gatherings and planned events, hosting over 20 social events annually, and is available for weddings and other special occasions.
- Additionally, the Events Lawn accommodates large gatherings and concerts, with space for hundreds of attendees.
- The staff at Blue Ridge Mountain Club is exceptional. They enhance ownership and the guest experience and work exceptionally well alongside our team at Carolina Cabin Rentals.

The upscale Calicozy features both indoor and outdoor living spaces. On the main level, you'll find a comfortable living room furnished around a stacked-stone gas log fireplace and a big-screen TV. A wall of windows enhances the natural light in the space. The living room opens onto a deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and a covered living space featuring another gas-log stone fireplace and TV.

For entertainment, the garage game room features a ping-pong table. There are three sleeping areas on the upper level: a king master bedroom with a Juliette balcony, a guest bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk room that accommodates four guests. Each sleeping area has its own ensuite bathroom.

**Important Note:** Upon your arrival at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club, please ensure you access the premises through the designated gate. It is crucial that your arrival time does not exceed 11 p.m. This policy ensures a smooth check-in process and helps maintain community security.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
