Craig 304 Condo at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club! Luxury studio with great amenities!
Craig 304 is a luxury studio unit centrally located in the beautiful BRMC community and features a queen bed along with a queen sleeper sofa, a well-stocked kitchen area, and a spacious deck. This retreat for two is not equipped with a dishwasher. Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an upscale gated mountain community with thousands of acres of prime mountain land; over 40 miles of hiking, walking, biking, and ATV trails; a fun swimming hole; over 64 miles of private fishing streams and creeks.
Adjacent to the condo is a newly-built Fitness Center, as well as a Clubhouse with seasonally-open restaurant and bar. The outdoor lawn and courtyard between the Fitness Center and Clubhouse is a special area with fire features, comfortable outdoor furniture, and occasional planned events for guests to enjoy! The views from the Fitness Center and the lawn are astonishing! The Fitness Center is available for guests to work out during their stay. Fitness classes are available for an additional charge. Please contact the Fitness Center for a schedule.
Please note: This condo is part of a shared-wall community and has quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00 pm on weekends (Friday - Saturday). Please ensure your plans fit within these parameters.

All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm
Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING YOUR STAY:
- Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music.
- Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer.
- Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks snaking across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC.
- Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes.
- Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts.
- Horseshoes.
- Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar).

- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- The communities of Mitchell and Craig in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club do not permit pets for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this unit.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Complex is monitored via exterior cameras, no cameras are present inside of the unit.
