Die Lage war fantastisch!Am Ende der Siedlung, in der Nähe vom Wald, mit sehr schöner Aussicht.Die Räumlichkeiten waren eher alt und viele Details ungepflegt.Die Raumaufteilung, Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer war angenehm. Die Schlafzimmer hingegen waren eng.Die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren ebenso schon etwas älter.Bis auf ein paar Spinnweben waren diese sauber.
