Two bedrooms on the ground floor: the master bedroom is bright with a large bay window overlooking the garden, furnished with a 160 cm bed and a spacious closet; the second bedroom has a very comfortable 140 cm sofa bed and can also serve as a workspace. The spacious living room includes a dining table and a TV area (free high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite). Two bay windows open onto different parts of the terrace and garden.



A separate bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and towel warmer. Separate WC.



The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo, classic filter coffee maker), and opens onto a large living area with a full-height glass partition.



For your comfort, the house has underfloor reversible heating.



The mezzanine is suitable for children but not for those under 8. It is secured by a barrier, but extra care is needed when going down.
