Nestled just a mile away from a pristine public beach, and a short drive from bustling shopping centers, town squares adorned with delectable dining options, and charming boardwalks, our vacation home promises the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Indulge in a week of tranquility, whether you're casting a line for the catch of the day, trying your hand at crabbing, or simply basking in the sun at the nearby sandy shores. Embrace the freedom to dine in or explore the culinary delights of the area, all within easy reach.

The guesthouse shares a private driveway with the main residence with parking up to 5 cars. The 3 acre indoor and outdoor space, including a massive yard, pier and boathouse, is likewise shared with the main residence.

We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why we welcome one small dog (less than 50 lbs) for an additional $50 fee per stay. Please remember to keep our property pristine by picking up after your pet daily.

Your comfort is our priority, which is why we provide all the initial basics like a bottle of shampoo, shower gel, bathroom towels for 8, and a a roll of kitchen paper towels, bathroom tissues, laundry and dishwasher detergents along with basic cookware, cups, and plates in the kitchen. Please use laundry machines to reuse the towels if you stay longer need more towels.

The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood and so we only allow parties on a case-by-case approval basis.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time visiting Leonardtown and staying at the property. It was the perfect size for our party and we were able to spend lots of time outside on the water thanks to the great weather. Next time we have friends staying in town we will be utilizing the property.

Fantastic place

We were here for Thanksgiving, but were thinking the whole time that this would be a great spot in warmer weather. With the water access and spacious accommodations it would be a great basecamp.

I’ve had better experiences

Our group of 5 was traveling for races at Maryland International Raceway and this place was listed as having 5 beds, the only issue is that the 5th bed does not exist, it is a fold out cot that people use for camping - place felt pretty dirty, lots of dead crickets and other bugs all throughout and the water had a notificable smell to it. There are some nice features here though, bathrooms and kitchen are very new and the proximity to leonardtown is nice. We will definitely look elsewhere next time, especially with the lack of response from the owner.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The accommodations exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! Close to Leonardtown and beaches. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and their communication made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this property. We are excited to return!
