The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² duplex flat for rent in Les Angles, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.

- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 3 m² balcony with uninterrupted views of the mountains and Lac de Matemale, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather (removable table and armchairs).
The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, 14.5 km away (18 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, 98 km away (1h37 by car).
