Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a living room of 40 m 2, an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We are only waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90×190)
- One bathroom (with shower) and toilet

- A balcony of about 3 m 2, facing south-west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A balcony of about 1.5 m 2, facing south

The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
