A fantastic villa which is extremely well maintained and has everything you need (except maybe a pizza cutter!). Amazing view, everything is as described and the pool is lovely.

Magnifique

Magnifique résidence tout près de la plage. Le propriétaire a toujours bien répondu à mes questions, tout est propre et la cuisine très bien équipée, il y a une grande terrasse et la concierge très accueillante et à notre écoute. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable, cette maison est juste parfaite : L'agencement de la maison, la vue, l'emplacement plage à pied, la piscine, l'accueil à l'arrivée, le pisciniste super sympa et efficace... Nous sommes enchantés !

Très belles vacances aux Anses d'Arlet

La villa est très bien située sur les hauteurs des Anses d'arlet, la vue est magnifique. Belle terrasse et belle piscine. 3 chambres avec des grands lits. Bonne literie. Douches et petits placards dans chacune des chambres. Fenêtres et climatisations dans les chambres. Cuisine très bien équipée avec du materiel tres qualitatif. Accueil sympathique et efficace. La plage et le bourg sont à 5 minutes a pieds (la cote est raide mais bétonnée). La plage et le petit village sont très agreables. Pleins de poissons à découvrir à quelques metres du bord (aquarium naturel). 2 places de parking. Villa ideale pour visiter le sud de la Martinique.

Jolie maison créole

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est située à côté de la Anse d'Arlet (beaucoup de beaux poissons tropicaux visibles en snorkeling vers un rocher très proche de la plage) où nous tenions absolument à aller. La maison est au calme et dispose d'une jolie vue sur la mer. L'équipement en vaisselle était bon et la maison était propre. Nous déconseillons cette maison aux personnes à mobilité réduite (3-4 marches pour accéder à la maison depuis la rue où nous avions une place réservée) et rue très raide pour remonter de la plage (la rue du calvaire). Il y a bien sûr la possibilité d'aller à la plage en voiture, il y a un parking non loin de l'église. Le seul petit bémol était la taille des chambres assez petites. Une chambre avec lit double dispose d'une armoire, une chambre avec lit double a une armoire juste devant la chambre et une chambre avec lits superposés n'a pas d'armoire mais une petite étagère qui nous a servi de rangement linge pour 1 enfant. Ce léger inconvénient n'a pas altéré notre plaisir à profiter de cet maison et de son environnement. Nous étions très biens et espérons revenir dans cette maison. Je conseille également aux vacanciers de se rendre à l'anse Dufour pas très loin (nager avec les tortues a été un moment magique).

Belle villa proche de la mer

La villa est belle et bien agencée. La proximité de la plage et du bourg des Anses d'Arlet est très pratique. Le propriétaire et ses relais locaux sont très accueillant, à l'écoute et réactifs.
