This charming stone Mas near Les Vans Centre offers a peaceful escape for up to 7 guests, surrounded by rich biodiversity and heritage trails perfect for hiking and cycling. The home blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a master suite, a cozy mezzanine with a double bed, and a small adjoining bedroom ideal for a child. With TV, internet, and a well-equipped kitchen, it's designed for relaxed family or group holidays. Outdoors, enjoy a private swimming pool accessed via an external staircase, a sun-drenched terrace with loungers, and a barbecue for alfresco dining. Please note the pool is not accessible in the evening to respect village tranquility, and the mezzanine is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Essentials like supermarkets and restaurants are just a short drive away in Les Vans. For local flavor, explore the town's 16th-century façades, summer markets, and eateries like La Récré, Don Camillo, and Côté Jardin. Nearby attractions include the Bois de Païolive, Grotte Chauvet 2, and Gorges du Chassezac for canoeing, climbing, and scenic picnics.
