Laundry room in the basement cellar, with access from the outside (washing machine, dryer, freezer). Land (access via a staircase from the balcony. At the top of the hamlet of La Grange, terraced house with 2 balconies and land of 1500 m². Beautiful renovation of this spacious cottage, enjoying a clear view of the mountain. Possibility of storing skis and bicycles in the cellar in the basement. Sloping street parking for one car. Shops and supermarket open all year round, in Aigueblanche, 7 km away.

Skiurlaub

Sehr nette Vermieter, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideal gelegen für den Skiurlaub in Valmorel. Zum Skibus ca. 300 Meter zu laufen und Fahrzeit ca. 12 min. zur Hauptliftanlage. Zum großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt ca. 15 min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ins Tal. Die Wohnung ist deutlich größer als die Appartements die in Valmorel angeboten werden. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit
