Born in the 1970s under the name Hôtel Edelweiss, this emblematic landmark of the village is now reborn as an exceptional mountain retreat: the Chalet Arpian. Just five minutes from the heart of Valmorel, its 450 m² combine authentic alpine charm with modern comfort, offering families and friends the perfect setting for unforgettable moments together.



At the heart of the home, a 100 m² living area awaits you: a cozy lounge, a sculpted wooden bar recalling the building’s history, and a large dining room designed for shared meals. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare generous dishes without taking over the living space.

The chalet offers generous volumes and a remarkably flexible layout, allowing every group to organize the spaces exactly as they wish.

You are free to choose the configuration that suits you best, with at your disposal: 8 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and 2 comfortable dormitories of 4 and 5 single beds, each also equipped with its own bathroom.

Designed to balance comfort and privacy, this architecture naturally adapts to families, groups of friends, colleagues, or multi-generational stays.

For entertainment, the hotel’s former 45 m² discotheque has been transformed into a family room featuring a home cinema, arcade machine, foosball table, and a small bar with lighting effects — ideal for extending the fun at home.

A ski room outside for equipment, a second one inside with boot dryers for Up to 15 shoe pairs, a Nordic hot tub for 8 guests sheltered on the terrace, and a host of thoughtful amenities complete the experience.

Peace of mind on arrival, freedom throughout your stay

To make your arrival easier, the chalet offers self-check-in via a connected smart lock. Our local concierge welcomes you, and a digital self-inspection is available through a dedicated app for greater freedom and transparency.

You will also have access to a digital welcome guide with our personal recommendations for restaurants, shops, activities, and walks, along with instructions for using all chalet amenities.

Parking: 3 to 4 private spaces in front of the chalet, plus two free public car parks 50 m away.

Access to the resort: A free shuttle stops just 50 m from the chalet, running from 8 a.m. to midnight, providing effortless access to the lively center of Valmorel.
