Just Satisfactory

Pros: Its a nice size, for a family of 4 and has great views. Cons: The property hadn't been cleaned really well and all the dishes required washing before use. The mattress on the main bed is like sleeping on a badly packed bag of bricks. The property hasn't been invested in for quite some time, the kitchen is tired and i guess original, and all the utensils and equipment are old and cheap, the oven is impossible to understand how to work. The bathroom doesn't have a shower holder and you have to hold it in your hand, again old and tired. Finally, at this price you have to collect (and Drop off) your own bed linen and make your own beds, only in the French Alps would anyone accept making your own bed for a holiday! My final point for VRBO is that this property isn't "Rented By Owner" and you actually rent from a group / property management company who dont have the same level of care or detail, the rental is also charged in Euros which isn't clear and you may get a foreign exchange charge on your credit card if you are not in the euro zone. Probably not going to use VRBO again myself.
