Located in Les Clefs at 735 m altitude, just 3 km from Thônes and near Lake Annecy and Manigod, this step-free apartment offers fantastic views of the Alps. Free shuttles are available. A grocery store with local products is five minutes away. Enjoy a private entrance and a spacious wooden terrace.



The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, three large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests.



Free private parking for several cars is available right in front of the property. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV. A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge, as well as books, games, and toys. Beds are made upon arrival. Please note, towels are not provided.
