Independent chalet surrounded by 3 other chalets. Access by a 250-meter road (compulsory equipment in winter), private parking in front of the chalet. Accessible PMR. Living room-kitchen-lounge area with stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathroom (shower and wc) and 1 with private bathroom (shower only) (2 single beds 90x200 cm can be twinned in each bedroom), PMR WC, terrace, ski and bicycle room. Common washing machine and dryer in the building shared with the 4 lodgings. The ideal cottage to welcome you whether you are skiers, hikers, bikers, cyclists, with family or friends ... Note: the accessibility of this single-storey chalet for people with reduced mobility, excellent comfort (all linen is included) ) and the panoramic view offered by the furnished terrace. Formerly there was a summer camp dating from 1960. Now there are 4 spacious and comfortable wooden frame chalets, open on the South plateau and the Margeriaz. Discover the Gîtes des 3 sapins, a small hamlet of chalets in the heart of a peaceful property, surrounded by nature and 1km from the resort center of La Féclaz.
