Independent chalet surrounded by 3 other chalets. Access by a 250-meter road (compulsory equipment in winter), private parking. On the ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge area with stove, 1 bedroom with private bathroom (shower and wc) ((2 single beds 90x200 cm can be twinned), terrace, separate wc. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower and wc / shower only) (2 single beds 90x200 cm can be twinned in each room), Ski and bicycle room. Shared washing machine and dryer in the building shared with the 4 lodgings. The ideal lodging to welcome you whether you are skiers, hikers, motorcyclists, cyclists, in family, between friends ... Note: the excellent comfort (all linen is included) and the panoramic view offered by the furnished terrace. There was once a holiday camp there dating from 1960. Now there are 4 spacious and comfortable wooden frame chalets, open to the South plateau and the Margeriaz. Discover the Gîtes des 3 sapins, a small hamlet of chalets in the heart of a peaceful property, surrounded by nature and 1km from the resort center of La Féclaz.
