Not having our data hacked and a professional scam attempted.The description of the apartment was inaccurate (eg double beds are in fact 2x king size beds and two twin beds (with king size duvet).Arriving to a clean apartment. The floor was filthy.Communication with Holidu on Vrbo was below expectations; they passed everything to the supposed owner who was Aurélie, who worked for the holiday company Evasion 2 Alpes Immo, and we had to prompt for communication. Broken window in bedroom, no bin bags (which we asked for, were promised but never arrived), multiple broken cups, glasses, bowls, dishes. Blunt knives, which Aurélie did not have a sharpener for. Only one wine glass!! Luckily Aurélie provided six more.There are no doors on the triple bedroom, which opened into kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, which made it hard for kids to get to sleep. No instructions on where ski lockers were (also not included in Vrbo description). Instructions provided were solely about cleaning the apartment, nothing on actually using/ living in the apartment.No instructions or description on Vrbo on suggestions for where to unload car or parking until prompted (Glacier just back down the hill is perfect and cheap), and you can ski to it)
