Welcome to the "Lauvitel" residence.



This duplex apartment with an area of 62m² for 8 people, located on the 5th floor, consists of:

- Equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric hobs

- Living room with a sofa bed and a television

- Bathroom with shower

- Separate toilet

- Bedroom with a double bed

Upstairs (staircase not recommended for young children):

- Bedroom with a double bed

- Bedroom with 2 single beds

- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets.

- Free private outdoor parking subject to availability and not guaranteed

- The accommodation has collective heating, operating only during the winter period, generally from November to April



The "Lauvitel" residence is located at the foot of the ski slopes and the "Le Diable" ski lift, with ski rentals and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and an elevator. There is an outdoor parking lot adjacent to the residence (limited and non-assigned spaces).



Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are additional:

- Bed linen kit: £16 / bed

- Towel kit: £12 / person

- End-of-stay cleaning: £105

- Pet supplement: £9 / day



A deposit of €800 will be required upon arrival.
