This studio with an area of 30m² for 4 people, located on the 4th floor, consists of:

- Mountain corner with a sofa bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- South-facing balcony
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets
- Outdoor parking adjacent to the private residence and free according to availability and not guaranteed
