Dans l’ensemble, notre sĂ©jour aux Deux Alpes s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©. L’appartement est bien situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces, spacieux, bien amĂ©nagĂ© et correctement Ă©quipĂ©, permettant d’accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes sans difficultĂ©. Le propriĂ©taire s’est montrĂ© sympathique, rĂ©actif et arrangeant tout au long de nos Ă©changes.Cependant, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris Ă  notre arrivĂ©e lorsque le concierge nous a demandĂ© une caution de 1000 euros, alors que celle-ci n’était mentionnĂ©e ni dans l’annonce ni dans nos Ă©changes prĂ©alables avec le propriĂ©taire. Le concierge s’est montrĂ© peu conciliant Ă  ce sujet, nous avons dĂ» insister pour qu’il contacte le propriĂ©taire, qui a finalement confirmĂ© qu’aucune caution n’était Ă  verser.Par ailleurs, la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale de l’appartement laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Nous avons dĂ» refaire le mĂ©nage Ă  notre arrivĂ©e : prĂ©sence de poussiĂšre, sols sales, cuisine collante, micro-ondes trĂšs encrassĂ©, nappe non lavĂ©e, etc. Les couettes Ă©taient tachĂ©es et plusieurs chaises Ă©taient cassĂ©es.Enfin, une caution de 200 euros est demandĂ©e en cas de mĂ©nage non effectuĂ© en fin de sĂ©jour, ce qui interroge au vu de l’état de propretĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.
