Facing SOUTH.
Description: Entrance open to the kitchen area and the dining room - recent fully equipped kitchen area (4 ceramic hobs + oven + dishwasher + large fridge + freezer section - extractor hood - toaster + kettle + microwave + 1 Nesspresso coffee machine but capsules are not provided) - Equipped dining room + access to the balcony - lounge area equipped with sofas and 1 coffee table, 1 television, view of the village - 1 cabin bedroom equipped with 2 bunk beds for 1 person (90) - 1 separate toilet - 1 bathroom (bath, sink, towel dryer) - From the living room access to the upper floor (height less than 1.80m in some places with exposed beams): 1 mezzanine with television area equipped with 1 rapido sofa for 2 people - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + closet - 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds + chest of drawers - 1 bathroom (shower, sink, wc, towel dryer) - Electric heating.
